Building Information Modeling (BIM)
is the development of an electronic model to store and manage building data during the building's life cycle. Three-dimensional modeling software is used to create a very realistic visual representation of the finished project. BIM is transforming the design and construction of complex facilities through increased levels of collaboration, early problem solving, better construction documentation, and improved building system integration. The modeling process also allows clients to see the interior and exterior of their completed projects in realistic three dimensional views, long before any construction work begins. We offer substantial in-house BIM capabilities because this process adds value for our clients, and allows us to work closely with architects and engineers to deliver projects in a very seamless and cost-effective manner. Nearly every telecommunications and utility company project can be better planned and executed through use of BIM, resulting in less downtime and lower costs.
