Quinnipiac University, Clarice L. Buckman Center

This 31,000-square-foot circular building was in urgent need of substantial updating. The scope of the work included replacing the air conditioning system in the entire building as well as renovations to classrooms and laboratories. This effort included two parallel upgrades to the mechanical system, four air handling units, make-up air units, and 22 roof-top exhaust fans with variable-speed drives with individual controls in each room, maintaining balanced air pressure and individualized temperature control.
