University of New Haven, Dodd’s Hall Laboratories

The design-build renovation of the biology laboratories, located on the third floor, included upgrades to the Environmental Geochemistry Laboratory, Cellular and Molecular Biology Laboratory, and Central Biology Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory. The scope included furnishing and installation of new laboratory casework as well as upgrades to the heating system. The labs remained fully operational, which required temporary protection to keep the students and staff safe during construction. The Forensic Science laboratories and offices, located on the fourth floor, were also renovated to create additional offices and expanded laboratory spaces.
