Petra has completed multiple projects at Pfizer's Groton Campus. An existing vivarium was renovated to create a more flexible laboratory, including the installation of a new PVC ceiling system and stainless steel protective wall panels, as well as a solatube daylighting system. A fast-track office fit-out was completed for the IT Security Department, which consisted of open work space, conference rooms, and a renovated elevator lobby. All renovations were completed, while adjacent spaces remained occupied and operational.
