Arvinas

Petra has completed multiple renovation projects for Arvinas, including the fast-track tenant fit-out for a new laboratory and the fast-track office fit-out, both located within Science Park. The 2,500-square-foot laboratory space includes a BSL-2 Plus lab, an open lab with six benches to accommodate up to twenty-four scientists, a cell culture room, an anti-chamber, and waste storage. The scope also included the installation of a new vacuum pump system and a new HVAC system. The new 3,000-square-foot executive suite consists of eight private offices, open office space, a conference room, a kitchenette, and a reception area.
