University of New Haven, Bergami Hall

This new 67,000-square-foot residence hall includes a dining and kitchen facility as well as student activity and support space below grade and retail and office space on the first floor. The top three floors contain 225-bed suite-style living available to first-year students. Petra served as both the program manager and construction manager for this project.
