Fairfield University, Bellarmine Museum of Art

The existing lower-level area in the university’s historic signature building was renovated and converted into a museum for their Renaissance and Baroque collections. The work, which took place directly below the university president’s office, included demolition, interior fit-up to museum-quality finish levels, new HVAC systems, and electrical system upgrades.
