The Lee Company, Building 22

This fast-track project was a complete interior renovation of an existing 26,275-square-foot manufacturing and office building, including new partitions, structural steel, doors, hardware, ceilings, painting, flooring, millwork, plumbing, and electrical. Exterior renovations consisted of new siding, skylights, roofing, and an enclosed vestibule accessed by a new concrete ramp and stairs.
