Yale New Haven Hospital, EPS Laboratory/Hybrid Operating Room

Construction of this new state-of-the-art hybrid operating room and laboratory that performs cardio-electrophysiological studies was completed on a fast-track basis. The seven-room suite includes a Class C OR procedure room, control room, anteroom, gowning/scrub room, clean utility room, and equipment and supply area. The work consisted of the complete demolition of the existing space, the installation of new high-end operating room finishes surrounding a new Siemens Artis Zee Biplane Cardio unit, medical booms, and gas columns.
